The Qatari Emir extended an invitation to the Prime Minister to visit Qatar as part of his ongoing tour. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, and Field Marshal Asim Munir. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif completed his two-day visit to Doha and departed for Islamabad.
In other news, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah briefed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on the progress of ongoing development projects in the province. According to an SHO, two police officials were injured in a firing incident and were shifted to the hospital. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi emphasized the need to increase collaboration on legal migration to prevent unauthorized immigration.
