Pakistan’s Permanent Representative Asim Iftikhar has stated that Russia and Ukraine must prioritize regional security in resolving the conflict. He emphasized that meaningful dialogue is the only way to achieve lasting peace in the region. Asim Iftikhar made these remarks during the UN Security Council meeting marking the four-year anniversary of the Ukraine-Russia conflict. Pakistan has consistently advocated for negotiations to resolve the crisis.
