A tragic incident occurred near Bhambriya Wala Mor in Sialkot, where dozens of livestock were trampled to death by a train. According to the police, over 50 animals lost their lives after being hit by the train. On the other hand, the Punjab Food Authority, in collaboration with the police, conducted an operation in Boray Wala and recovered 500 kg of dead chickens being smuggled in a rickshaw. The Food Authority arrested the culprits and registered a case against them. Speaking to the media, a spokesperson for the Food Authority revealed that the dead chickens were being smuggled into the city for slaughter during the night.
