A murder case has been registered against a woman’s husband, her in-laws, and three of her relatives in Lahore’s Shadman area. According to the police, the case was filed at the Shadman police station under the supervision of the woman’s father. The FIR (First Information Report) states that the woman’s father has filed a complaint against his son-in-law and in-laws, stating that they were harassing and fighting with his daughter over trivial matters.
The FIR also mentions that the woman’s in-laws were demanding Rs. 3.5 crores (approximately $2.2 million) from her father, which he paid through his employee. The woman’s father has alleged that her husband wanted to sell her car, which led to a dispute.
