During a Ramadan transmission on a private TV channel, Hussyn revealed that she recently visited Lahore to participate in the festivities of Basant and was impressed by the city’s better roads and scenic environment.
She stated that they had just returned to Karachi after celebrating Basant in Lahore, which has beautifully decorated the city, and she wished that someone could do the same for Karachi. The Pakistani showbiz industry has witnessed many prominent actresses, including Sonya Hussyn, who have announced their intention to leave acting. Hussyn, while comparing the two cities, considered the condition of roads to be the biggest difference. She mentioned that their car could run smoothly in Lahore without any bumps, and they were astonished that not a single jolt was felt, which was due to the good roads.

She has also appeared in several films.
