Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Nadeem Niaz has clarified that the PTI Chairman is receiving treatment in compliance with the medical board’s recommendations. The minister made these remarks during a session of the Senate, stating that the PTI Chairman was administered the second dose of the Pmiz vaccine in accordance with the scheduled time and at his own will. The minister added that the PTI Chairman underwent medical check-ups by four experts, and his treatment is being ensured in accordance with the medical board’s advice.
The minister further stated that the time for administering the vaccine is determined considering security and law and order reasons, and when the traffic situation is less congested, the PTI Chairman is taken to the hospital. Nadeem Niaz also said that Dr. Nadeem and Professor Arif, who are from the Alfala Hospital, are looking after the PTI Chairman’s health, and Professor General Health has also checked on him. The minister expressed that this is not a sensational issue and that he is sharing the PTI Chairman’s health updates in consultation with the Executive Director of the Pmiz vaccine.
