Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas has expressed her reaction to the ongoing controversy surrounding cricketer Imad Wasim and his former wife, Syeda Taseen Ashfaq. Imad Wasim has been making headlines lately due to his second marriage to social media influencer Naila Rajput. According to reports, Imad Wasim has been accused of deceiving his first wife and disconnecting from her before the birth of their third child. Initially, he denied the news of his relationship with Naila Rajput, but later both shared pictures and videos on social media.
Advocate Alia Zerin Abbasi claims that all the allegations made by Imad Wasim’s former wife are baseless. Zara Noor Abbas participated in a private TV channel’s show, expressing her sorrow over the situation. She said, “I don’t have words for this situation because it’s extremely unfortunate. Divorce is a painful phase, and when children are involved, its effects can last a generation. Today, all these matters are on social media, and one day, these children will see everything, which will be painful for them.”
She added that when a marriage breaks down, and both parties appear on media platforms, accusing each other, it’s never a pleasant sight.
