According to the Ukrainian military, the strike was carried out using locally-made Flamingo missiles, with the target being over 800 miles away from Ukraine. Russian news channel Astra reported that the targeted location was the Votkinsk Machine Building Plant, a state-owned factory that produces intercontinental ballistic missiles, including those with nuclear capabilities.
