Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has advised her fellow actor Homayun Saeed to take on villainous or action-packed roles in future films. Khan and fellow actor Faisal Qureshi are currently promoting their upcoming film “Aag Lagi Basteey” and appeared on the Geo News program “Hansna Mana Hai” to talk about their latest project. The show’s host, Tabish Hashmi, engaged in various games and asked both actors questions during the interview.
When asked what advice she would give to Homayun Saeed, Khan replied, “I think Homayun should now take on negative roles. I would really love to see him as a villain or someone like Nuri Natt in an action-packed role where he can showcase his unique style.” Khan explained that Homayun Saeed enjoys playing action-packed roles and has a desire to become an action hero. Faisal Qureshi also expressed a similar sentiment, stating that he too enjoys playing action-packed roles, but noted that the lack of resources and facilities in Pakistan makes it challenging to create effective action scenes.
Qureshi shared an anecdote about an incident where he suffered a finger fracture during the filming of an action scene for “Aag Lagi Basteey”. The incident highlights the challenges faced by Pakistani filmmakers in creating action-packed content.
