The authorities accuse the suspect of manufacturing a small amount of TATP, a highly explosive material, and attempting to buy firearms illegally. The suspect’s lawyer has not commented on the recent allegations, but in the past, the lawyer had denied similar charges against the suspect. If convicted, the suspect could face up to 20 years in prison.
