Iran has handed over the bodies of three Pakistanis, who lost their lives in a snowstorm, to their home country. After identification, the bodies of two of the deceased were buried, but the family of one of the deceased, Hamza Ehsan, has denied the body handed over to them, claiming it is not their son. The family has asked the authorities to find their son’s body and hand it over to them.
The three young men had traveled to Iraq from Pakistan in December. According to official information from Iran, they were caught in a snowstorm and lost their lives. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has stated that investigations are ongoing against human traffickers involved in the incident and one human trafficker, Ehsan Shah, has been arrested.
