The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sahil Afridi, has accused the Superintendent of Adiala Jail, Abdul Ghaffar Injam, of practicing medical terrorism. During a press conference outside the Supreme Court, Afridi claimed that Abdul Ghaffar Injam is at Adiala Jail and that the fake government of Punjab is under his supervision. Afridi alleged that the Bani of PTI was tortured to such an extent that his family was not even informed. He claimed that the fake government’s report states that Bani’s vision has improved to 15% after PTI’s treatment.
Afridi demanded a thorough examination of Bani’s eyes by a specialist at the jail, available facilities. He stated that the intentions behind the actions are clear, “If we can do this with an eye examination today, then we can do anything tomorrow.” The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recalled the incidents of Model Town and 9/11, stating that the people who were responsible for these incidents had no regard for human life and were bloodthirsty.
Afridi stated that the Islamabad High Court should take up the cases for hearing, and if the judiciary fails to provide justice, the courts should be shut down. He claimed that the country is facing a state of terrorism in Islamabad, and the situation in Balochistan is deteriorating. The Chief Minister stated that the system is focusing on one individual, and if friendly countries repay their loans, the value of the dollar will decrease to 400 Rupees.
Afridi accused the fake government of hiding behind the Bani of PTI, stating that their real intention is to improve the country’s situation. He warned that if the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa come out on the streets, the police will not be able to stop them. The Chief Minister stated that the people will use their rights peacefully, and an examination of Bani’s eyes should be conducted within 16 days. If the demands are not met, the people will take to the streets.
In a separate development, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has reaffirmed its commitment to implement the policy of capping fees in medical and dental colleges across the country. The meeting between the two leaders also discussed important national and internal security issues, including the election of the new President of Azad Kashmir.
