Sindh Governor Saeeduzzaman Siddiqui has claimed that the entire nation has rejected the call for a nationwide strike. He claimed that the country cannot afford a strike, and the entire nation has rejected the call for the strike. He added that the country is moving forward, and people are busy with daily activities, including buying mobile phones in Karachi.

The Governor also stated that the K-Electric project started 10-11 years ago, and he is not blaming anyone for it. He added that the federal government had said that it would handle the main line, but one person stopped the K-Electric project for 3-4 years. The Governor claimed that Karachi is hosting several events, including the Literature Festival, and the Urs of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar is also taking place in Sindh.
The Governor also stated that the PTI had not yet informed him about the 28th Constitutional Amendment, and he would wait for the amendment to be implemented. He added that the PPP had seen Benazir Bhutto being assassinated in 2007, and he advised the political parties to look to the future. He claimed that the country is facing various challenges, including the recent wave of terrorism.
