Pakistan’s United National Movement Chairman Dr. Khalid Mehmood Siddiqui slammed the use of women and children by terrorists, calling it shameful. He expressed his condolences for the martyred security personnel in the recent Balochistan attack, stating that the security forces have successfully thwarted the objectives of the terrorists with their timely action. Dr. Khalid Mehmood Siddiqui further emphasized that the nation stands united with the Pakistan Army and law enforcement agencies in their efforts to combat terrorism.
The federal minister for Education, Dr. Khalid Mehmood Siddiqui, also called for an end to Indian and Afghan interference in Pakistan’s territory, stressing that the country’s sovereignty is non-negotiable. He urged the international community to acknowledge Pakistan’s commitment to peace and stability in the region.
In a separate development, the Charsadda DHQ hospital administration revealed that a sum of 30 million rupees was embezzled from the hospital’s power grid every month. The National Economic Council (NEC) approved four major development projects worth over 240 billion rupees.
In other news, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government issued a notification to allow celebrations in girls’ colleges across the province.
