According to the directives, barriers will be installed to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering construction sites, warning signs will be displayed, safety protocols will be implemented, and emergency contact numbers will be displayed. The directives also specify that lighting should be available at construction sites throughout the night, and all chief engineers must submit a certificate of practical implementation of safety measures by February 3rd.
