Authorities in Fort Worth are currently seeking the suspect involved in a kidnapping incident where a woman reported being held against her will for a week.
According to police reports, a witness observed the woman in distress, being assaulted by a man near I-35 and Berry St. around noon on Tuesday.
The witness promptly contacted 911 and alerted the suspect about the presence of surveillance cameras in the vicinity.
Upon police arrival, it was discovered that the victim had already been taken to a nearby hospital by MedStar.
During investigations at the hospital, officers were informed that the victim had been subjected to threats on her life, physical assault, and abduction by the suspect for approximately one week leading up to the incident.
Details regarding the suspect’s description have not been disclosed by the authorities.
