A woman with six active felony warrants was taken into custody after a standoff in Allen on Monday morning.
According to Allen Police, SWAT team members arrested 36-year-old Lui Top after she barricaded herself inside a residence in the 1500 block of Tanglewood Drive just before 9 a.m.
Top was wanted for six felony counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Authorities stated that upon their arrival at the residence to execute a search warrant and serve the arrest warrants, Top retreated and barricaded herself in the attic.
After approximately two hours of negotiations and attempted contact, police deployed chemical agents, and Top surrendered around 10:50 a.m.
Top is currently being held at the Collin County Jail with a bond set at $600,000.
