“PCB to ‘Welcome’ Rohit Sharma to Champions Trophy Launch in Karachi”

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is prepared to warmly welcome Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma if he visits Karachi for the opening ceremony of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025.
According to PCB sources, there has been no confirmation yet on whether the Indian captain will attend the event.
All the captains of the participating teams have been invited to the ceremony, the sources added.
“The first match of the Champions Trophy is scheduled to take place in Karachi, so the event will also be held there,” the sources revealed.
PCB has planned to host the unveiling ceremony of the Champions Trophy in Karachi, and discussions are still ongoing regarding the photo session with team captains and the ceremony details.
