Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik Ahmed Khan emphasized that only negotiations can resolve political challenges.
Speaking in Burewala, Khan reflected on the events of May 9, stating, “Political rights cannot be claimed through vandalism. Undoubtedly, events like May 9 are among the darkest chapters in the nation’s history.”
He added, “Crimes are being perceived as political rights in the country, which is alarming.”
Khan stressed the need for establishing a judicial commission to investigate the events of May 9.
