Prime Minister’s Message:
Addressing a Christmas event in Islamabad, Prime Minister Shehbad that the protection of the rights of the Christian community and other minorities is fundamental to the nation’s development and prosperity. He stressed the importance of promoting interfaith harmony and tolerance to ensure that all citizens feel respected within society. The Prime Minister acknowledged the contributions of the Christian community in education, defense, and other sectors, stating that Pakistan belongs to all, and collective efforts are essential for its progress.
Army Chief’s Message:
COAS General Syed Asim Munir joined the Christian community at St. Jathedral Church in Rawalpindi to celebrate Christmas. He lauded the community’s contributions to the country’s cultural, social, economic, and national development, describing them as a source of pride and strength for the nation. The Army Chief referenced Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s visionary leadership and principles, urging collective efforts to transform Pakistan into a peaceful and prosperous nation.
