Syria’s prominent rebel leader, Ahmad Jolani, has announced that all rebel factions will be disbanded. Jolani acknowledged that this decision was made in light of the country’s current situation, with hopes of reducing conflicts.
He further stated that this move was necessary to stop infighting among different factions and curb widespread bloodshed. Jolani also clarified that this step could mark a new beginning for the future of his organization.
