The Ittehad Tanzeemat Madaris-e-Deeniya (ITMD) has urged the government to immediately notify the Madrassa Bill. Representatives of ITMD stated that the delay in the bill’s notification is creating complications in madrassa affairs, and its prompt implementation is crucial.
ITMD explained that the legal protection and transparency of madrassas are contingent upon the bill’s approval, which will help strengthen religious education. The leaders further emphasized that the government must address the concerns of religious seminaries and expedite the process.
They urged the government to avoid unnecessary delays in this matter to ensure that the religious education system remains unaffected.
