Dhaka: Bangladesh’s interim Prime Minister, Muhammad Yunus, has urged the country’s politicians to set aside differences and unite against India’s aggressive actions. He accused India of spreading false information about the treatment of Hindu minorities in Bangladesh, describing it as part of a larger propaganda campaign.
Yunus claimed that India is exaggerating the scale of communal violence in Bangladesh and attempting to interfere in its internal affairs. He stressed that the attacks on Hindus were politically motivated, not based on religious tensions.
He called for national unity to combat this disinformation and protect the integrity of Bangladesh.
