, Sindh, has become the first Hindu officer in Pakistan’s Police Service (PSP). He has been appointed as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in Faisalabad.
After clearing the CSS exams, Meghwar joined the police force. He expressed his commitment to resolving community issues more effectively from within the police department.
Police officials praised his appointment as a progressive step for minorities, which will aid in law enforcement and promote social harmony.
Similarly, Roopmati, another minority community member, passed the CSS exam and aims to represent Pakistan internationally through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
