London: PTI leaders and supporters gathered outside London’s Middle Temple near Chancery Lane to demonstrate against the former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa.
The former CJP was in London for a prestigious event at Middle Temple, one of the four Inns of Court, which is a group of lawyers who are the only ones in the UK who can call students to the Bar.
On Tuesday, a dinner in London was held for members of the Inn and Benchers, who are in charge of running the Inn. At the dinner, a ceremony was held to welcome newly elected members to the Bench.
This year, Callees include retired Justice Isa and others. Before dinner, they were invited to the Bench and asked to sit at the High Table. Every new Bencher gave a brief speech following the dinner.

Mark Macdonald, a British barrister, also gave a speech at the event. He said that Middle Temple should never have invited the former chief justice.
In a speech, Bukhari described the alleged PTI targeting of the former chief justice.
