HYDERABAD: Speakers at a consultative program on Dr Shahnawaz Kunbhar’s eliminating have communicated dread that the public authority needs to ruin this case and save guilty parties, which is clear from the way that police have not captured the executioners and facilitators up to this point.
The “Justice For Dr. Shahnawaz Kumbhar Committee,” led by former student leader Ismail Wassan, held the meeting at the local press club on Tuesday.
They said that all types of radicalism would be opposed in Sindh which was the place that is known for harmony for quite a long time.
According to Ismail Wassan, Sindh’s civil society had been fighting against that murder since the beginning. He communicated the purpose that devotees and fanatics wouldn’t be permitted to possess Sindh.
He added that the gathering was made to seek after the case to guarantee discipline to the enemies of Dr Shahnawaz, including cops, radicals and devotees and their facilitators.
Riaz Ali Chandio, chairman of Jeay Sindh Mahaz (Riaz), stated that Sindh would not abandon its secular and mystic ethos. He stated that people were curious as to why those who had burned Shahnawaz’s body and killed him were still free. He stated that, on the one hand, some forces were encouraging extremism and, on the other, they planned to make Sindh barren by constructing new canals over the Indus River. He promised to oppose waterways’ ventures.
Dr. Niaz Kalani, the leader of the JSQM-Bashir, claimed that the PPP government had collaborated with extremist groups ever since Shahnawaz’s murder. He said that the people who had sent off development against the killing were scared and captured all things being equal. He said they were reserved under misleading allegations.
Prof. Mushtaq Mirani stated that extremism and fanaticism were not welcome in Sindh. He said the Sindh government was straightforwardly liable for the homicide of Shahnawaz in light of the fact that had government taken ideal notification, he could never have killed. He went on to say that after the murder and the burning of Shahnawaz’s body, the Sindh government did not stop extremists.
Dr. Badar Channa, Mir Mangrio advocate Imdad Chandio, and others spoke as well.
Goals were likewise taken on at the meeting, requesting development of a legal commission, involving three serving judges of the great court, to test the occurrence. The meeting stated that it should submit a report within a month and recommend a punishment for the extrajudicial murder.
It requested captures of those named in Dr Shahnawaz’s FIR and asked PPP executive Bilawal to unseat party’s MNA Ameer Ali Shah who garlanded the charged police officers after the homicide.
It condemned the use of violence against Rawadari March participants in Karachi on October 13 and the arrests of Riaz Chandio and Dr. Niaz Kalani on October 12 and 13.
It requested the suspension of the common home pastor and Sindh IGP for enrollment of FIR against Sindhu Nawaz Ghangro, Saif Samejo and others on Oct 13 for holding a meeting in Karachi. The FIR that was filed against them should be withdrawn, according to a resolution.
The meeting also said that six canals over the Indus should not be built and that the existing link canals should be closed.
It requested a finish to infringement north of millions of sections of land of land and stoppage of the apportioning of Sindh’s territories under Green Drive.
