In the main stage, 2,500 young people, chose on merit, from different region of the territory will leave for preparing abroad, a senior authority told Sunrise. Subsequent to finishing their preparation, these people will get occupations abroad.
In his first speech to the provincial assembly, the chief minister stated that sending skilled Balochistani youth abroad for employment had been a long-held dream during the inaugural ceremony on Friday.
He said that the first group of young people from the province will start going abroad this year.
CM Bugti suggested that youth training for international employment could be a viable solution because he was aware of the significant problem of unemployment, particularly in light of the limited number of government job opportunities.
He promised that all Balochistan districts would be represented equally in the selection process, which would strictly adhere to merit.
To guarantee fairness and transparency, a third party will oversee the selection of qualified candidates.
The chief minister emphasized the significance of meritocracy and stated that no jobs in Balochistan would be sold.
He asserted that the Balochistan government is prioritizing youth by reallocating resources from other needs and projects and urged youth to focus on development opportunities and avoid misguided paths.
