Tropical storm Oscar is supposed to arrive at Guantanamo or Holguin in Cuba later on Sunday as the island country battles to reestablish power after its most obviously terrible power outage in years, the U.S. Public Typhoon Community said.
According to the Miami-based forecaster, Oscar has maximum sustained winds of 80 mph (130 km/h) and is approximately 115 miles (185.07 km) east-northeast of Guantanamo, Cuba.
