Due to the deteriorating security situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Peshawar High Court has decided to transfer all judicial matters from Tank and South Waziristan to Dera Ismail Khan.
In light of the increasing incidents of terrorism in the southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a security-related meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court, with the participation of all other judges.
During the meeting, it was decided to move the court proceedings from Tank and South Waziristan to Dera Ismail Khan, meaning that cases from these areas will now be heard in the courts of Dera Ismail Khan.
