In two airstrikes in Gaza City, at least 22 Palestinians were killed, with medical experts reporting that an Israeli attack on a school sheltering displaced families resulted in the deaths of 17 individuals.
The second attack by Israeli forces targeted the Amal Orphan Society, which also houses displaced people, killing 5 individuals in the process.
The Gaza Ministry of Health released a statement noting that despite nearly a year having passed, Israeli attacks in Gaza continue, resulting in a total of 41,689 fatalities due to Israeli oppression.
On another front, during a joint press conference with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, expressed his commitment to continuing mediation efforts to end the war in Gaza.
It is also worth mentioning that Israel confirmed the deaths of 8 soldiers in clashes with Hezbollah during ground operations in southern Lebanon.
