Karachi: Gold prices have decreased in both global and local markets.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce fell by $4, bringing it down to $2,653.
On the local front, in the goldsmith markets, the price of 24-karat gold per tola also saw a reduction of 500 PKR, settling at 275,500 PKR. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold dropped by 428 PKR, reaching 236,197 PKR.
In contrast to the decline in gold prices, the price of silver per tola remained stable at 3,050 PKR, with the price for 10 grams of silver also holding steady at 2,614.88 PKR, showing no change.
