Abu Dhabi: Bollywood’s king, Shah Rukh Khan, has candidly admitted to his desire for accolades. At the International Indian Film Academy Awards, he won the Best Actor award for his film *Jawan*. In his acceptance speech, Shah Rukh expressed his joy at returning to the film industry after four years. He shared that while he received immense love and happiness from fans, it still felt a bit lacking due to his long hiatus from acting.
Shah Rukh further stated, “I really love awards. You could say I am greedy for awards. It feels great to receive all this recognition.” His comeback in 2023 with two blockbuster films, *Pathaan* and *Jawan*, has been significant, especially after facing challenges in both his professional and personal life. Prior to this, Shah Rukh’s son, Aryan Khan, faced legal issues related to a drug case, and several of Shah Rukh’s films had struggled at the box office. His triumphant return has been a welcomed change, marking a new chapter in his illustrious career.
