Occupied Jerusalem: The Israeli Army Chief has announced preparations for a ground attack on Lebanon, stating that two reserve brigades have been deployed to the border for an operational mission.
According to foreign media reports, the Army Chief emphasized that the military is readying itself for an assault on Lebanon, amid escalating tensions. The Lebanese Ministry of Health has reported that 72 more individuals were killed in recent Israeli airstrikes.
In response, Hezbollah claimed to have successfully forced two Israeli aircraft to retreat from Lebanese airspace. The organization stated that its air defense systems effectively engaged the aircraft with appropriate weapons, driving them away from the towns of Houla and Maissin al-Jabal. Additionally, Hezbollah targeted the Kiryat Motzkin area with rockets, and drone strikes were launched against Israel from Iraq, resulting in injuries to two Israeli individuals.
