Kristen Bell shared an amusing story on *Jimmy Kimmel Live!* about a recent family trip to Denmark, where she and her husband, Dax Shepard, let their daughters, Lincoln, 11, and Delta, 9, explore Tivoli Gardens amusement park independently for seven hours. She explained that their hotel was conveniently connected to the park, allowing the kids to enjoy their freedom.
“The hack is when we went to Copenhagen, we stayed at this hotel right next to Tivoli Gardens, which is a seven-acre theme park,” Bell recounted. She humorously noted, “They scanned their bracelets to go outside. Didn’t see them for seven hours. Just running around Copenhagen.”
When Kimmel asked if that was safe, Bell joked, “Apparently. They’re both alive. We all returned home.”
Bell also emphasized the importance of modeling healthy behavior for their children, revealing that she and Shepard always resolve conflicts in front of their kids. “We do not have the makeup, our conflict resolution, behind closed doors,” she shared with PEOPLE in May.
