Eva Mendes recently discussed her career plans during an interview with George Stephanopoulos on *Good Morning America*, revealing she may take a break from acting. When asked if she might walk away from the profession for good, the 50-year-old actress responded, “I don’t know. If there are interesting roles, maybe.”
Mendes, who hasn’t appeared in a film since her role in Ryan Gosling’s 2014 thriller *Lost River*, reflected on her career, saying, “I kinda felt like I did it. Working with Ryan Gosling was such a high point that I thought, ‘This is a good time to just Seinfeld it and walk out.’”
Mendes also shared that her focus is now on spending time with her daughters, Esmeralda and Amada, whom she shares with Gosling.
