Jane’s Addiction has canceled their upcoming gig following an onstage altercation between band members during their Boston show on Friday, September 13. The rock band issued an apology to fans via Instagram Stories the next day, addressing the incident and explaining their decision to cancel the upcoming performance in Bridgeport.
“We want to extend a heartfelt apology to our fans for the events that unfolded last night,” the band wrote on Saturday, September 14. They also assured concertgoers that full refunds would be issued.
Although their tour is scheduled to run through October 16 with 16 remaining shows, no further updates have been provided regarding future dates. The cancellation follows a heated argument between singer Perry Farrell and guitarist Dave Navarro, which escalated into a physical altercation onstage, abruptly cutting the show short.
